I went to J.Morgan Ltd. to buy my wife's engagment ring (and our wedding rings) 5 years ago and had excellent service. During the holidays I also had them service my watch and John was excellent. I live out of state and when he mailed the watch to me it was already set to my time zone. John is meticulous and very detail oriented.

John fixed my glasses on the spot - Wonderful! I was visiting Grand Haven from NC and my glasses suddenly snapped - I am nearly blind without them! Brian at Harbor View Eye Care suggested I go up the street to Morgan Jewelers and see if John could weld my broken titanium frames. He did! In less than 15 minutes - and you can't even see the repair! I am so thankful!

After losing my wedding ring, I went to J.Morgan Ltd. in order to replace it. Born and raised in Grand Haven, this is the only jewelry store that I go to because of their level of professionalism and honesty. Anthony helped me for over an hour trying out wedding rings to find the perfect one. He was very kind and patient. After searching around for an engagement ring for a few months I ended up stopping into J Morgan and found the one that I liked. They were not pushy and very attentive to what I was looking for.
